We would like to inform our customers about an upcoming update regarding YSoft SafeQ Cloud.

Over the coming months, all existing HCP and legacy SafeQ Cloud customers will be transitioned to YSoft SafeQ Cloud Pro:

• Core customers will move to Pro Print
• Enhanced customers will move to Pro MFP

This transition is part of an effort to unify the platform under a single, streamlined product offering.
No action is required from your side, and there will be no additional cost associated with this change.

The update process is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026.

What happens at renewal?

At the time of renewal, you will have the flexibility to choose the option that best fits your needs:

• Breeze MFP (if suitable for your environment)
• SafeQ Cloud Pro MFP
• SafeQ Cloud Pro Print (for print-only requirements)

What about on-premise solutions?

Existing HCP on-premise installations will remain unchanged. However, we strongly recommend considering a transition to SafeQ Cloud to benefit from the latest features and continuous updates.

As an alternative, SQ6 licenses are also available for on-premise environments.
